Master Services Agreement

1. Scope of Engagement

This Master Services Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the utilization of the Gateway Infrastructure and associated API endpoints. By accessing the platform, the user (the "Subscriber") acknowledges full legal binding to these enterprise standards.

2. Compliance & Anti-Spam (A2P) Integrity

Subscribers are strictly prohibited from utilizing the infrastructure for:

Unsolicited commercial transmissions (Spam) as defined by the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
Social engineering, phishing, or predatory financial solicitations.
Deceptive routing or header spoofing.

Strict Enforcement: Failure to provide an explicit opt-out mechanism (e.g., "STOP to end") in commercial campaigns will result in immediate node suspension without prior notice.

3. API Governance & Intellectual Property

We grant the Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to integrate our API into their proprietary software. All proprietary algorithms and gateway pairing logic remain the sole intellectual property of the provider.

4. Account Liability & Security

The Subscriber maintains absolute liability for all transmissions executed via their uniquely assigned API keys. We mandate Bi-Weekly API Key Rotation for high-volume accounts to mitigate the risk of credential interception.
